DnQ — Account Deletion Request
If you can still reach the game, you do not need this form.
You can delete your DnQ account directly, instantly and permanently from inside the game via Settings → Delete My Account. This form is only for users who cannot reach the game.
Please enter the email address used on your account. Once your request reaches us, we verify your identity and then delete your account together with all game data attached to it. Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest. Deletion cannot be undone.
Data that is deleted
- Your account, email address and Google profile details (name, profile picture link)
- Your characters, items, gold, level and game progress
- Your scores, leaderboard entries and Adventurer Pass record
- Your friendships, guild membership and player names
- Your player history and transaction records
Data that is kept, and for how long
- Bug reports and player reports: unlinked from your account and kept for bug tracking and moderation for up to 1 year, then deleted.
- Administrator action logs: kept for up to 1 year for security and abuse prevention.
- System backups: deleted data may remain in our infrastructure provider's backups for up to 30 more days, after which it is removed automatically.
